Are there many 3rd class jobs in Alberta with block release to write 2nd class exams?

Be careful moving to Alberta if you are a 3rd and want to attain your 2nd. To qualify to write any exams on your 2nd you must have completed the NAIT (SAIT or BCIT) part A of the course or have Math 11, Physics 11, Eng 11 and Chem 11. No exeptions.... Bc doesnt have this stipulation
