CNRL 4$ per hour which works out to around 700/month or 8400/year. There is also a one time payment of $5000 for getting your second while working here.
At Cargill LTD crush plant (Clavet), the 2nd class retention bonus is $2500 quarterly but may soon become included in the wage instead of a bonus in order to have a more competitive hourly rate. The difference being that a retention bonus can be removed at any time whereas your wage is there to stay.
